Greencovery enable food companies to upcycle valuable food ingredients from their production side-stream. We are a crucial facilitator of a circular economy because we focus in generating and adapting our technology to different applications to partner with as many food producers as possible. This allows us to generate the highest impact and push a circular economy further. Examples are that we help one of our customers to produce a 100% circular banana flavour with 60% less CO2-footprint than current alternatives. Another example, is that currently we are helping a fruit juice producer from the region to produce high quality flavours and ingredients binders from peel leftovers. Our technology allows us to produce this at market prices with lower CO2 footprint.
